A new start (kind of)

Re: A new start (kind of)

I initially got it to watch a series to find out after I signed up that it was no longer available in Australia @MDT - that really annoyed me. I watched a couple of movies and then didn't watch anything for months - just wasted money so I am happy enough not to have it anymore.

Re: A new start (kind of)

Heaps of good stuff on iview. I like sbs on demand too.

Good night @Zoe7 @MDT and whoever else is passing by 🌻🌛

Re: A new start (kind of)

Haven't watched SBS on demand for some time either @Molliex but I agree there is lots of good stuff on there too. Goodnight to you too - hope you sleep well Smiley Very Happy

Re: A new start (kind of)

What show was that @Zoe7

Re: A new start (kind of)

Nite @Molliex
Sleep well my friend

Re: A new start (kind of)

@MDT Chicago PD. I used to watch it on Foxtel but missed the beginning of a series - ended up finding it online a few months later.

Re: A new start (kind of)

My sister loves that show
I find the lead cop's voice hilarious. It's like he has a cold. @Zoe7

Re: A new start (kind of)

haha @MDT It really does - never thought of his voice that way but you have summed it up perfectly Smiley Tongue I like Chicago Fire as well but prefer Chicago PD - crime shows are my favourite. Always been interested in the law - was going to do Law at uni but changed my mind in the first year.

Re: A new start (kind of)

Lots of cases and reading of it @Zoe7
The philosophy side of law is interesting to me

Re: A new start (kind of)

I agree @MDT The cases and reading of it all is dry and tedious but learning where laws come from, how they have developed and the norms and ethics behind them is interesting. That is why I leant towards sociology more in the end.
