Not really @MDT . Psychiatrist is saying thrs nothing more they can do for me medication wise, theyv tried everything. I'm in such a state of panic and fear about everything I find psychologist very triggering. Any questions about past, what iv bn thru, or even present and how I'm feeling just seems to trigger more panic. I'm in a rly bad way Hams.
