yes my doctor appt was ok , they want me to be more strict with my diabetes diet and i also have osteo arthritis now

@Shaz51 my mum had type 1 then 2 she didn’t do what she was told ended up could barely walk had sores that never healed and had a toe amputated well guess that beats leg amputated
Please do diet and walking 😸
