A new start (kind of)

That is not idea @MDT It is nice to be in one place that you know will be where you are working all the time but I do know you can handle it. Do you have any idea if this will be a more permanent place or if you may have to move again?

It's a lot to take on when you are trying to get settled and build confidence @MDT .

Maybe in a few weeks you can talk to them about finding something a little more settled where you can really sink your teeth into the role and learn it inside and out rather than been moved from task to task before you have a chance to gain that confidence.  For now I'd go with the flow and try to be accomodating.

I am settled now. I was in a bit of a rutt beforehand. But at least now I know what I've gotta do and where I've gotta be tomorrow morning. So it should be okay. Just need a well rested slee and earlier to bed as well. Longer journey to where I gotta go.

But I'm more concerned about its long term effect. It's a government role.

Yeah @Gazza75 that's be ideal. But that will be a while down the track. For now it's part of the job description. I just wish they were a bit more clear about it. Rather than conflict info. Anyways. It is what it is.
I am settled for tomorrow. I have a meeting for the start up on now so that'll be good to take my mind off things
