Hearing you @Bubbles3 .....
Maybe eating something small will help balance your mood ? Could you try it ? There is someone else here who starts to feel really bad when they don’t eat or drink enough, and their mood changes really fast.

Hi @Bubbles3, I can see that you're struggling and I'm sorry to hear that. I understand that during these times you may not feel like eating. As @Faith-and-Hope and @Catcakes have suggested, trying to eat some small and easy may be helpful. If you feel as though you need extra support and a space to talk about how you are feeling, please don't hesitate to reach out to Lifeline 13 11 14.

Has something happened to upset you @Bubbles3, or is it a build-up ?
Please grab a glass of water, or juice or something and see whether that calms your feelings down ? I know you’re feeling really bad, and we want to help you to not hurt yourself. Your feelings matter @Bubbles3 .... you matter .....
