Am Not Coping

Made the mistake of trying to sleep in bed - lasted about 20 minutes and then I was up and wide awake  Finally got to sleep - back on the couch - but was not a good night - extremely tired and shaky this morning - have no doubt I will be spending most of today getting through hour by hour
