Am Not Coping

Home now and calmed down a little. The wind really started to pick up while I was at the market so had to leave. I sat in the carpark for nearly 40 minutes just trying to breathe and stop shaking and sweating. Put the air conditioner on and ourt Delta song @Faith-and-Hope  That really helped 

Before that it was going ok - a bit anxious when I first got there but there weren't as many people as I expected so that made it easier. I wasn't really looking for anything in particular - just hoping to find a few things for my family for christmas. I did get something for my sister and my dad but nothing for mum. I'll have to sort her and my sister's fiance out another day!

I'm exhausted - from the walking and from being triggered - so it looks like couch island will be my home for the rest of today! It is still very windy (and have taken an 'only in emergencies' med - I think that is reasonable considering what I have just accomplished ).

I'll catch up on how both of you have been going soon as I haven't read any back posts.

I did it F&H - not completely successful but I didn't turn around and come straight back home as soon as I got there - the beach is next (might take me a few days to recover though )
