Thanks @Sans911 At least it wasn't mud but there are some things that will eventually need to be fixed, The roof in the kitchen is my biggest concern now. How is the weather in the west? Any sunshine would be good to be sent our way lol

Cat even came out of her room when the storm hit - she snuggled up on her chair near the heater instead. Animals are amazing - they knw when their mummy is nit doing so well and stay pretty close.

@Zoe7 Yes I love animals and they obviously adore you which is really nice :). Tassie needed the rain didnt it. You had a particularly dry summer for Tassie just didnt need a storm like that. Typical Australian weather.

I think it was the fifth largest daily rainfall for Hobart recorded @greenpea We did have a fairly dry Summer but we are also the second driest capital city in Australia. It just gets a lot colder here! 

I am going to snuggle in with Toby for a while little pea. Not sure when I will be back but I really appreciate the chat and nice thoughts from you today
