I already take vit D daily @Former-Member - and for the first time in many years my levels are 'wtihin normal range'. It was the look of concern on my GP's face that worried me the most - she is pretty easy to read (I do see her often enough). I dosee her again Friday so we can see if the drops are making any difference.
I have had a long day - not sleep in the middle of the day so I am now over tired again. How has your day been?

Morning @Pepsimax I'm ok. My throat is still really sore and I'm tired - but that is usual. I did get some sleep and no nightmares last night so that is great. I have to 'put up with' the tiredness and lethargy whilst my body gets used to the meds - but I can deal with that if the flashbacks and nightmares reduce or even stop altogether.
How are you doing this morning? Any plans for today?

Wow @Pepsimax speaking at the book launch - that is awesome. Sending you lots of positive vibes and all the goodluck I can - such a huge thing to do - WTG
Yes a night without nightmares is very rare. I am still quite unwell - sore throat, nausea and lethargy but feel a little more able to deal with it because I have had some sleep. We might be starting to win the battle - only time will tell I suppose - but the signs are definitely more positive.
