I'm on the train back in Qld, I heading home from Brissie airport to Gold Coast. I'm a bit tired. Its a bit strange being out of hospital.

OMG my little sister is home - big happy dance. I have missed you heaps lil sis. How are you doing? I want to know everything - when you are ready of course!

I am so happy to hear from you too. Sorry I have not been online- I have been thinking of you everyday though. I have only been home for 2 hours. Kira was so happy & excited to see me. Trouble is asleep beside me in bed.

How are you sis? Have you had your appointment with psychiatrist?

I have been offline a fair bit too! It's complicated and not the time to go into it. @oceangirl

I bet trouble is happy to see you - I have missed you from the other side of the screen so I can only imagine how happy Kira is to have you back in person 

I have had 2 psychiatrist appointments - my second one was yesterday. She is really lovely but I won't talk about all that now.

How are you doing - other than being tired I'm sure! Have you got your spark back? Tell me everything...

I am still a little wobbly tonight but I do have my spark back. I have missed you a lot too @Zoe7.

The psych I had in hospital was lovely too. I will tell you everyting over the next week. The psych in Sydney says I have PTSD and Major depression.

We're twins then with diagnosis. My psychiatrist just confirmed what we already knew - major depression and severe PTSD.

I'm pretty average atm. There has been a lot going on over the last few weeks. I won't get into any of it tonight - wait until you have had some rest and 'found your feet' again back home.

I was posting every day to you but it got really hard being on here for a while - and now again - so there are quite a few days missing. I was thinking about you all the time though and did manage to put up a couple of posts on a couple of days that were very tough for me - must love ya a little bit!!!!!!

The best news i could have received today is that you are home and you have your spark back - I am so pleased for you - another happy dance @oceangirl

My latest update re: work is that the psychiatrist is thinking another 6 months - my GP and I are just going with 3 months - which is basically the rest of this term and all of Term 2.

Morning lil sis @oceangirl I hope you had a nice long sleep and are feeling ok today. I can imagine it will be a little tough readjusting after hospital. I am thinking of you - as always - and hope you have a relaxing day today with Kira.
