The funny thing is @Queenie @outlander it is part of the DBT program but I have been using it with kids at school for a long time. I remember using a shorter version of it sometime back with Outlander too - it makes you more aware of where YOU are in a situation wihtout all the emotions getting in the way (). It also helps you to breath before any course of action - just the act of consciously breathing is often enough to bring you back to the present and be able to proceed with a clearer mind.

yep i remember that @Zoe7 then you often get me to do th Zoe Method- oh you should teach Queenie that! of course- whatever works- the kids cant have everything 😉

The Zoe Method is more to use when you are thinking negatively @outlander - it doesn't work as well when someone is angry but can be used after stop and breathe.
