That sounds like a good plan to begin with @outlander and then hopefully a group can be found for you. I know the wait list for our group is pretty long - my pdoc got me in very quickly - apparently she has a fair bit of say in those matters lol
Doing DBT with a psychologist is a good start though - they can explain things to you and prepare you for a group situaion and we can be here to help you with things that you don't fully understand when you are doing the homewrok you would need to do. But it is essential that you have that support to help you get through all this irl - particularly because there are things that you may need to go through that you cannot do on here.
Do you want to start making some sort of plan for the next few days - I don't think you should look further than tomorrow and the weekend right now - and we can do another plan on Sunday for the upcoming week...whatchya think?

The real positive outcome would be to find a psychologist thst you can click eith @outlander
ive been with my psychologist for msybe 5 months and she is a trauma therapist who treats BPD as well. We clicked from the start so I'm very lucky.
It's important to find a genuine caring therapist that really wants to help.

I think the first place to start is to draw up a table - 4 columns - one for each day and the first column for times. After that break each column into 3 sections - morning afternoon and night... then we can start filling in all the things you have to do over the next three days and when you have to do them. After we do that we can start to work around when you fitin things just for yourself. @outlander I know you jave troublt sleeping but it is essential that you start you day at the same time each day i.e. 8 am and finish at the same time each night - this will begin to get you into a routine which may also help eventually with sleep

I remember you used to have an 11pm curfew for yourself for on here - maybe stick that back in as well as any other computer/screen based devices - that way you will be away from the screens of any kind - it is a proven fact that they are not good for sleep. @outlander
