rough time

Re: rough time

That was fast! Its a triangle atm though @Zoe7

Re: rough time

Shouldn't take too long (I hope) @outlander - it was in one of my folders...

Re: rough time

Yep that makes a difference @Zoe7

Hey @outlander

Heart

Re: rough time

Im keeping watch @Zoe7 im looking forward to seeing it

It sounds stupid but my anxiety is still up. Not externally anymore and more chilled but on the inside its like a bottle its swirling around but not actually going anywhere. Its rather frustrating hopefully it does continue to ease though.

Re: rough time

You have done a lot of work on yourself tonight @outlander and that you should be proud of. The anxiety doesn't just go away because we want it to - we have to work on it - baby steps Hon - and you are taking them Heart

Re: rough time

Re: rough time

Re: rough time

@outlander making lists is a really good form of self care

I have a list too, make one every 4 days or so just to keep tabs on what i gotta do each day.

Mine is as follows for today

Organise reschedule of flights for fiji
Send in writing sample for a job
Organise newsletter for network
Look up ESL'
Meeting for youth volunteering

In terms of self care I reward my efforts with a game or something on the PC, TV show, comedy, gym, coffee, walk, internet shopping (bought a book the other day which I'm starting).

As I go through it I cross them out, feels good to cross them out because it means it's done forever.

I have a few things for tomorrow already.

The best thing to remember is that it's a simple form of having a bit of control over your MH. It means you can get things done. Life aint easy, so it's okay if you don't manage to get all of the things done.
