Morning @Cuddlebear, I'm really not doing ok. This sickness has hit me hard and my whole body is struggling. 

How are you going?

@Dreamy  I’m sorry lovely you are feeling so sick. Rest your body so it can repair itself. I had Covid a little while ago and it was awful and I just rested at home. I wish you a very speedy recovery and sending lots of hugs. 

I have podiatrist today and my support worker is taking me. I have to get ready soon. I’m feeling the same as usual. It was a hard night but I eventually got some sleep which was good.

@Cuddlebear i remember when you had covid and how awful you felt. Thankyou for those hugs, I'm trying to rest as much as I can but I do have to go out today. Casper needs food as do I, just have to take things easy cos moving around makes me feel giddy and like I'm going to pass out. 

I hope the podiatrist appointment goes ok. I'm glad you got some sleep but I wish you were feeling better. Sending you some hugs aswell ❤️

@Dreamy   Yes once you get the supplies you then take it easy for the rest of the day. These colds just really knock people out don’t they. I’m really hoping it heals up quickly for you. 

Thank you for wishing me well. It shouldn’t be too bad today. At least the sun is out and it’s not raining making it a bit easier to venture outdoors.

Hi all, has anyone else not been getting email notifications from Sane regarding posts? For the last couple of days I have not received the usual email to say that a new post has been made.

you're definitely not alone🫂 @ENKELI i've brough it up with the team, and they're working on investigating it. from the sounds of it, it might take a while to resolve unfortunately... got my fingers crossed though

@rav3n you are a treasure! No matter how long it takes, in the grand scheme of things it's not an emergency and we rely so much on technology these days it's good to step back and remember there are other important things in life.
