@ArraDreaming , lol. I used to have a zoom meeting up and have to share my screen, then all the messages pop up. It's embarrassing. So I'd have to turn off all the notifications.. but then, I actually WANT the notifications when I'm not on zoom! Hence, another ipad.
@Birdofparadise8 , I know, it is heavy to carry two ipads. The issue is, I often go to places and need internet. When telstra doesn't work, I switch to optus and when that doesn't work, I switch to voda... so I generally have reception all the time. With the phone, I have the mini. I always go for mini iphones as my hand can't reach the other side of the phone! However, I have the 12.9 inch ipad with me most days. That's the heavy one.
I also found that ipad are a lot more durable and longer-lasting than phones. With the phones, I need a new one every few years. The ipads last over 10 years... so I see it as worth the investment.

I'm sorry it sounds so confusing to have so many pads.
I have my Mac, which I'm on now. I prefer typing on a keyboard. I also have my phone and an iPad for uni notes. I'm going to get a large monitor soon once I get a job for when I write my assignment, and it will be so good to have two screens. I would get an iMac, but I have no money for that, lol, and a monitor will do the job. I have so many things I need to buy but I can't yet.
I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is a little heavy, but I'm used to it now. @tyme
So, if you were to catch up with a friend for a drink, would you take two iPads and your phone?

that’s very clever @tyme
It's actually dumb coz I've had to make that many mistakes to learn.
Hence I've always paid more to get cellular. So when everyone had their telstra or optus outages, I was still connected with the world.
The only boo boo is that I always break charger cords. At the moment, I have 6 charger cords connected on my table - both USB-C and lightning.
One thing I DON'T suggest is having the cord in the car. I have my phone dock on my right hand side. Once I had my phone charging and the cord got caught in the steering wheel and was jammed. I couldn't turn the wheel. It was SOOO dangerous - please do not try this at home, at school, at work or ANYWHERE!

I have a macbook pro and an acer. The macbook is connected to an external keyboard and an extra monitor, plus I can air play the ipad or use the ipad as a third screen if needed - sometimes I do need it! It works 🙂 @Birdofparadise8
IF i went out with people, yes, I'd take my ipads and phone. I MAY leave the ipads in the car and only take my phone and car keys, but there are certain people I'd meet where I'd have the ipads with me. Even when I went to the beach recently, I had the ipads with me the whole time lol. If I was going into the water, I'd leave the ipads in the car (i'm not suggesting you should), and I take my phone and applewatch with me into the water.
