We went for a outting this afternoon,  then eggs on toast tonight for dinner And been watching tv 

Just had a shower,  going to bed soon

Had another not so great night and slept most of today again. My headache is finally improving but still not great. I think the stress of the last few weeks has caught up with me and knowing I had a few days off to relax has released some of that pressure. Unfortunately though that has meant I have not done any work so tomorrow I will need to catch up - which adds some stress again 😔 ...but for tonight I have grabbed my reserve supply of meds that I can have when needed to help and hoping for a better nights sleep so I can tackle what I need tomorrow.

Sorry I have not been around for you all but I do know you understand - just life getting in the way at present and not treating me so well 😥 I can send love and hugs to you all though and let you know you are thought of often 💖

Thank you @Faith-and-Hope @Eve7 @Emelia8 A better night - only up twice - and a nap this morning. Still have a slight headache but pain killers are making it manageable for now. I need to get stuck into some work but am going to do a little at a time, rest and then some more. That may very well mean I do not get it all done but I can only do what I can under the circumstances.

I hope you all have some light in your day amidst all the difficulties you are all faced with. It is hard at the moment for you all so sending some extra love your way 💖💙💜💛💚🧡

Not feeling good at all this afternoon 

Mr shaz has been cutting his meds in half by the doctor but now is showing signs of being crankyand depression coming back -- argh  etc .

Had some bad news about my uncle  and my mum is totally upset which is understandable
