Re: Far and Away

It is so hard when you just don't feel right but can't pinpoint why @Sans911 Sometimes it is just an accumulation of things that pile up on us. I have been a bit like that lately too but looking fter myself also. You have certainly had a big week so give yourself a break - lots of self care and doing some thigs you enjoy ...even just a movie with Mr A at your feet.

Re: Far and Away

Mr A actually cuddled in my arms yesterday @Zoe7!! And then lay on my stomach for about an hour! He's fast asleep in his bed right now. It's a much cooler day here today so he didn't even want to go outside after his dinner.

I'm in bed early too. Warmest & most comfortable place to be.

Re: Far and Away

It sounds like you may need it tonight @Sans911 No harm in getting an early night and no doubt some much needed sleep. I won't be too far away myself tonight. Do you have anything you have to do tomorrow or can you take it easy?

Re: Far and Away

Pretty easy day tomorrow @Zoe7. I have the community nurses coming in the morning to do my dressings, and a new female support worker coming in the afternoon. Hopefully her presence and company will help me manage my weekends a little better.

Re: Far and Away

Ah yes it is Friday tomorrow @Sans911 I do really hope this support worker is a good fit and can help you out. Will she be helping you with cleaning/sorting things out?

being overtired does not help xoxoxo

Re: Far and Away

Not at this stage @Zoe7. She's just for emotional support. I met her on Tuesday. She's British, about my age, but has adult children. She's quite new to mh support work, so in a way that's an advantage. She doesn't have too many preconceived ideas or experiences.
