@Emelia8 I think he is very much a worthy winner also. Yes a good day for Aussie tennis - I watched Dylan and Ash win but don't have any interest in the men's doubles. I am a traditionalist and do not like the 'drama' the boys have brought to the game nor how the crowd is so disrespectful to the opposition team. There is a place for them and what they bring but it is not for me.

@Faith-and-Hope I did not sleep well so a nap is very much on the cards for today. I do need to do some more cleaning up in the spare room but also need to be careful as my knee is not too good today. I might also take Tobes for a drive to my parents' place - I fixed a garden object for my Mum so might deliver that today if I get enough done in the spare room. What is on the agenda for you today?

I am deconstructing some costume jewellery I bought on the cheap to reconstruct it into new pieces @Zoe7.  I am just turning it into bead stock today.

While I slept okay I have a sleep debt, because I am ready to doze off quickly in the middle of

what I am doing.  Same when I was crocheting yesterday.

Hearing you @Shaz51 Keeping myself busy today so I can hopefully get an early night and sleep better also. My headache made it hard last night and I was up and down afterwards. Having no sleep would no doubt be adding to your aches and pains my sister so relax and do as little as possible 💖

@Faith-and-Hope There is a place called Pandahall I get a lot of my beads from - it is in China but their range and prices are really good and they send them really quickly too. I like that you are going to reconstruct what you have bought - unfortunately we do not have many places down here now you can buy things cheaply. We used to have a great bead shop but they closed down so have to buy online now.

Been out to the chemist and supermarket. My knee is really sore today - probably did too much yesterday but needed to get the things into work. I have my GP appointment Friday and I suspect she will send me for a scan. For now I have some otc anti-inflammatories and pain relief to get me through to Friday.
