Hi @Faith-and-Hope I finally slept last night and got about 6 hours, then another hour or so this morning. Still have a slight headache but feeling less stomach pain - now just a little sore and tender - no doubt inflammation from the past few days that will ease over the next few days. At this stage I will be able to go to work tomorrow but I won't have all of what I needed to do done - will spend a couple of hours over this afternoon planning and organising for the next 3 days and the rest will have to wait until the weekend.

How are you Hon? Thinking you might need some extra big squishy hugs and a whole lot of extra love at the moment 💖🌹🌸😘

well feeling a bit better , crazy thing happened --- we have today off ( someone must of thought we needed a day off ) which we do !!!

i think the cutting back half of mr shaz`s meds are catching up with him 

mum is confused about what day it is but happy that I am home 

been raining continuing for 3 days now
