I go home from hospital tomorrow @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Snowie @Eve7

Been in one hospital or another now, since 8th Feb. Including 3 weeks in MH ward. My exit is against my pdocs advice, but I need to go home. I think I have my anxiety under control now. Or as much as I ever will. My depression is another matter! Not there yet. Too soon to know if meds will help, and I really am pretty new to major depression. As for my pain levels and whether surgery was a success? Nahhh .... I wont go there, as it only adds to the depression.

Its going to be so weird going home after 5 and a half weeks in hospital. Adding in a few others to update, rather than repeat elsrwhere. @Anastasia @Clawde @Peri @BlueBay @Bow @HenryX @Appleblossom @greenpea

You know what is best and what you need @Emelia8 So take it slowly when you get home to re-adjust, do some things you love (even if it is a chore to begin with) until you find your feet again. It will no doubt takes some time but take it bit by bit.

Dear @Emelia8 You know how much hospital you can cope with.  I hope being at home gives you some purpose and anchoring and a place to heal after all the different disruptions in your life.  

@Shaz51 @Eve7 @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie   It is lovely seeing your tags.  Wishing you all the best.  I have returned home tonight after a good sing sans mask!  That is 2 days this week, with very different styles - one had jive with a street band, the other in a snooty auditorium and lots of JS Bach, which is pretty good reason for my mood lift.  I am blessed to be able to do both.
