@Faith-and-Hope Not been able to do anything tonight with yet another headache. I see my GP tomorrow so can get some pain relief (didn't get any last appointment as I was trying to stay away from the stronger meds) but it is getting to be too much 😥 Off to bed after spending the evening on the couch - may not sleep but will snuggle with the fur babies anyway. I hope you are feeling okay Hon 💕😘

I'm feeling a little shaky ( nervous/anxous) parents whom I have been residing with going away for a few weeks and doing a volunteer shift at Vinnie's today.

Been a big morning/afternoon @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member Went to Bunnings early but was a quick trip - need to go back to spend longer but got what I needed for today - a few paint samples and tiles to see what goes best in my laundry. Then GP. Have some tests to do but I suspected that would be the case. Also had my COVID booster and visited the chemist. Have to go to another chemist to get something they did not have but it is not urgent so will wait until tomorrow or Sunday. Finally have some pain relief so hoping that helps this afternoon.

@Former-Member I absolutely echo what our wise @Faith-and-Hope said. Take it a step at a time and just concentrate on what is right in front of you. If we worry too much about what might happen we forget to experience the moment.
