The amount they spend chasing after people and trying to trip them up .. @Shaz51 @StuF @tonys I made a mistake with income couple years ago. They eventually twigged to it. Been ringing me for months now, wanting same paperwork over and over. Then they said I owe the $100 I thought phew that's alright.. then a week later they ring and say they worked it out wrong and they will get back to me ... heard nothing since.. Stressful

So grateful I got the DSP years ago @TAB
I still have to report income every fortnight, but have little to do with them apart from that

Yeah I left it way too late for that @StuF plus wasnt with same dr long enough so when move and new patient they can be wary re what they put on cenno paperwork using terms like 'self described' for substance abuse and depression eg..
was better off working tho. Just pity wasnt more work , better jobs and something I could have stuck out.
they put me on pension healthcare card like 5 years ago now, but still on jobseeker

At least the health care card is quite good @TAB
But yeah, jobseeker must be a pain in the rear (was back when I was on it anyway!)

Yeah have saved '000s with it @StuF cant get rebate on power or water where I am now tho as dont get own bill for power plus water is included. Still cheap though. Power way less here than at last place.

Used it like handful of times as was in country @StuF not used it since moved here re comfort zones . I was a bit p'ed it wasnt free when applied for concession. So I dont get full pension concession. But still very cheap if I ever use it

Car rego is a big one, but its very dear in WA anyway so concession here is full rate in SA eg. @StuF did get big discounts on Tafe last year but that may have just been normal jobseeker rate
