Can anyone give me some tips on how to make the grass look more like grass and textury?

So far ive done the base green as if it was short grass but i think there could be more detail but not sure how to get it in there

Place the page over a fly screen door or something @outlander, and go over the grass area with a different green.

Practice it on another piece of paper first until you’re happy with it. Maybe there is something else textural you would rather use than the fly screen ..... a rock from the garden perhaps ?
