@HenryX I'm not sure. Was she from Qld? How are you going- any new progress or setbacks in your mental health journey? I'm feeling somewhat sleepy and hopefully it means I might get to bed early. I am at the hospital tomorrow from 9 til 3. And from Saturday I am going away for a few days.

I'm feeling so tired. 

And I have been feeling like this for a while now- probably since the middle of last year. 

I have an appointment to see new psych.

I am hoping I can run a few things past you guys, about my upcoming appointment
