@Former-Member @Former-Member @Former-Member are you out on the ocean today? I've just suddenly got swamped with giant missing (P) feelings for no particular reason. It's like my brain has started doing the "this time last week..." thing. This time last week (P) was here...and now he is not.

I am trying super hard to concentrate on getting things done that I need to do, and it is superly duperly hard with my brain filled up with big grief feelings. I am super glad that I can always find someone to float in the ocean with me in Forum Land.

I can reassure you that I know about grief....

random reminders of (p) will rise to the surface.......without warning at times

I will wait here with you until someone comes if that makes it easier....

if you prefer someone more familiar I will not be offended if you wish me to leave

Thinking of you @Phoenix_Rising. As I look over at my dog laying peacefully on the sofa and imagine life without her, I can glimpse a little of the pain you must be going through. 

Pets can be such a huge part of our life that when they are gone, a giant chasm appears.

There are often many others around who don't speak up on a thread because they can see that others are there, and I appreciate that that might be what you are doing ...
