It seems as if being "sound" means you cannot be yourself - and with therapists at least we need to be sound.

I am sorry all of this has happened to you - and if and only if you sound grumpy - you are entitled to feel that way

I remember one terrible day when the world did not go the way I needed it to I yelled and cried in public - of course this didn't help at all - but I remember the dead end was really harsh - and I guess that life is this way for you often

It sounds like you are being very critical and harsh on yourself today...I understand why but still feel that you need to be a bit more kind/compassionate towards yourself today. Just let things be as they are without telling yourself your a freak or anything else and let these thoughts wash over you as you ride this wave out. I will sit here with you while the storm continues and I know that you know this storm will find its calm, just like so many before it.

So for today...lets sit in the cave and admire all the pretty fish and coral that are around until you feel safe again

@Phoenix_Rising Hey little turtle I decided instead of making some pictures to decorate the cave I would get everyone together in there instead. It may be a little crowded for you but you have gone in 'incognito' so you know everyone is with you but we/they don't know it is you... I have also procured a specially made bubble for myself so I can stay underwater with you for as long as you need

Hello @Phoenix_Rising. I'm sorry to hear things went as you expected they would with A and that the conversation left you feeling as yuck about everything as it did. I wish things were different 😞

I hope you've been able to get the things you needed and wanted to do done this afternoon. Thanks for hanging out in my handbag today, it's been helpful for me. To make us laugh, Dr Havetodo has stayed inside a ziplock bag in my handbag, and it has given me a reason to have a half giggle all day thinking that some dreams can can true 😉

Maths is not my strong point but I think this day only has 9 hours left now. We're getting there.

Awwwww @Zoe7 that picture is absolutely definitely the highlight of my whole entire week!!!!!!!!! The next couple of weeks are shaping up to be scarily busy in my world, but at some point I am definitely going to be seeking lessons on how to make pictures. That is sooooooo superly duperly amazingly cool!!!!!!! Super big gigantic thank you.
