Re: Riding a wave

Good morning @CheerBear,

It is totally a bazillion percent ok if you don't manage to post in the DBT adventure today, or tomorrow, or the day after, or the one after that, or even the one after that. It will get done when it gets done. My current marking gig is due Friday of next week. I hope to get it done before then, but given my brain is functioning at an even lower level than my normal, it too is something that will get done when it gets done. I have vague recollections of it being a little care bear who was busting exploding to get right in and pretty much cover the entire DBT manual in a day, while her turtle not-friend was reflecting on the idea that we probably need to take the adventure superly duperly slowly in order to not burn out. Smiley Wink I guess I've had more practice in doing things superly duperly slow...you know...given that slow is pretty much my only speed. Smiley Very Happy

I super hope the house situation doesn't create unnecessary puddles and muddles. The pocket crew and I will all be sitting in your pocket primed to launch at anyone who causes you distress. Just say the word and we will spring into action. I hate that people create unnecessary angst for you @CheerBear. It isn't right and it shouldn't happen. Smiley Sad

Re: Riding a wave

Hi @Phoenix_Rising 🙂

It appears I have been turtled again. My usual speeds are either off or energizer bunny. Instead of them, today I am going slow and steady so as to not burn out. It's kind of cool and definitely feels like a nice change. Thank you for reminding me it's ok to do that. Thank you for also understanding how much muddles can be more muddlier when things crash like they do.

I hope your marking gig is going ok. I got a big laugh at hearing that you were almost doubting yourself because of some of the answers last night. Hope those palms and that face are ok today 🙂

@Former-Member would you like to come and sleep in the inner sanctum of my underwater cave tonight? I have super giant missing (P) feelings and they are all tangled up and complicated with the muddle of Friday night. Smiley Sad I am super glad that it is turtle-whisperer-eve. I am going to snuggle in my shell in CheerBear's pocket while she is in her blanket in her nest in the inner sanctum in the underwater cave.

Goodnight @Former-Member. Smiley Happy

Hi @Phoenix_Rising

Yes, I would love to come and sleep in the inner sanctum of your underwater cave. Heart I can imagine @Phoenix_Rising Smiley Sad Loosing a beloved pet like (P) is so hard - and it can make it even harder when there are other muddles too!

Just wanted to let you know that The Little Mermaid is watching over the ocean tonight Little Turtle, riding the waves with you through this difficult time. Heart

Re: Riding a wave

It's Turtle Whisperer Tuesday @Phoenix_Rising 🙂 Well done on making it to today.

Re: Riding a wave

@Former-Member who is watching the ocean tonight? I am super super SUPER struggling with giant missing (P) feelings and giant hopelessness feelings around my amazing inability to communicate with people beyond Forum Land. Smiley Sad

@CheerBear and @Zoe7 do you want to have a sleepover in the inner sanctum of the underwater cave?

If anyone wants me, I'll be in my shell in CheerBear's pocket while she is in her blanket in her nest in the inner sanctum in the underwater cave alllllllllllllllllllllllll the way at the bottom of the ocean. I am SUPER glad that Zoe7 made the inner sanctum such a super safe snuggly space.

Night Forum Land.

Re: Riding a wave

hey there @Phoenix_Rising - it's me tonight... the newbie still looking for an image for my profile!  I am sorry to hear about (P)... :(.  that cat had a grand grand life with you, i bet.  i hope the waves aren't too turbulent tonight... i am off to lull on a raft soon (hopefully no choppy storms while i sleep).  we'll all unslump together over time 🙂

Re: Riding a wave

The nest is in the cave I think @Phoenix_Rising, so it's where I will head to sleep for sure. It used to sit above the ocean but now it is there, with a pocket and a pink fluffy blanket. I too love the inner sanctum.

Snuggle cosily in there. Good night Phoenix_Rising

Re: Riding a wave

@Phoenix_Rising I am going to be way, way back in the comfy cave - and I may never come out again!

So both of us (along with CB) can be very well hidden from the rest of the world!

Night night little turtle Smiley Sad

Re: Riding a wave
