Yes I think so, thanks @Former-Member I fell in a bit of a heap, after that....

There was a baby Bengalese finch bouncing around on the floor, that's always lovely to see.

Gee those mower men are so loud (across the road), & they keep going for about 4 hours every time (right now)...

@CatcakesYou sounded busy over on the DBT.Nobody has suggested I have BPD or that i should do DBT.  I am the one that can self identify.  I read it was an extra $30 per week and I dont have that spare.  I prefer to put it into choirs which do not cost me that much. I do like that DBT is very comprehensive.  Are you still doing it? 

Dont respond if you cant.  Dont be too down on yourself about choices.  It sounded as if you were between a rock and a hard place.  

Its the constancy and chaos of balancing many people that must wear you down.

I no longer have to deal with that, I am not well enough so it is just as well.

It is much easier being clear when there are less people involved.
