@Eden1919 I do have a few sensory things - the problem is I don't like using them when I feel certain ways - like I do tonight (but I don't think I can explain that anymore on here)

@Zoe7 ok well that is alright it was just a thought no pressure I am a lot more awake than usual for some reason. I wonder what normally helps you to sleep if you get any sleep at all maybe we should get you a giant dream catcher lol if only it were that simple.

Yeah @Eden1919 if only it where that simple arghhhhh!!!!!! The poor dreamcatcher would run away after the first nightmare!!!!
Do you think that not taking any meds has affected your sleep?
The only thing that helps with sleep is meds and no nightmares - so not much at all!!!!

I love the idea that your mother is 'still in the house' and you can 'find her there' - must be really lovely and sad at the same time
Who went with you to your Dad's place? @Faith-and-Hope

i think it has a little but i think it is more the paranoia type stuff that is making it difficult. @Zoe7

I think I kind of get the paranoia stuff a little - it is a bit like my fears around sleep and what could happen if I do sleep. I know when I am rational and rested that I am safe but when I am tired and it is dark my anxiety and fears overtake any rationality @Eden1919 The nightmares (and fear of having nightmares) make it nearly impossible some nights to even consider sleep as it doesn't matter how rational I am - the physical reactions are debilitating.
