Oh @Faith-and-Hope it really is tense at your place - I feel for you Hon 

I am glad they both apologised - that is really positive - shows you they understand their behaviour(s) is affecting you - and they are not burying their heads in the sand. I know it doesn't 'fix' what is happening but it does provide hope for a way forward - even if that road is still a really long one!

I am feeling very heavy over a friend in distress this morning, so I am going to get up and off to that coffee shop and remove the huge temptation to stay here and just cry .....

I have grabbed another magazine from a stack my sister left for me last time she was here (she does that) with its giant crossword .... and next is getting dressed .... it's 13deg but feels colder.
