I took my dogs for a walk at a local auto-race track. I'd found it years ago, but back then it didn't have fences or buildings or anything much other than the dirt track. Now it has all of those things and the dirt of the track is so compacted it feels like cement! I did a little on-line snooping, and saw that it only has occasional Sunday races. Mine is a very small town, so that it has a track at all is quiet surprising! I must confess I'm pretty sure I broke the law, although there were no signs saying I couldn't enter, there were these lovely metal gates, held together but a rather thick chain, clasped by an extremely big padlock 😉 Those sort of places confuse me, all the money and effort put into them . . . and there're hardly ever used? It seems such a waste to me. There are quiet a few places like that around my little town, for such a small area we have 3 or 4 parks, one of them is designed for excercises - I have never seen anyone there; the equipment is not designed for children and I think you'd have to be pretty fit before you put yourself through an excercise routine . . . right beside the highway, where everyone driving past could watch you! 😄 My puppies had a wonderful time at the track, and I couldn't ask for a clearer path to walk along; they found a little dam amoungst all the man-made stuff - brilliant find, I'll remember that when it gets hot 🙂

@Former-Member why would I be angry with you - I adore you Don't stress about the drawers - they will get done when they get done (probably best to wait until the weather is a bit nicer anyway - so there is your silver lining for putting them off )
@Former-Member I love seeing you pop in to visit us in TOR - brightens up the place just that little bit more when you are here 
You could always use the excuse (if someone came and told you that you weren't allowed to be there) that one of your dogs accidently ran in there and you were just fetching them 
...and YES - we here know how very special our @Faith-and-Hope is - amazing, resilient, wise, compassionate and caring (I suspect she takes after her mother in every way too)
