@Faith-and-Hope I figured I should remove any temptation as I know how I can be when I haven't slept - and the more I don't sleep the more 'unaware of what I am doing' I am! I think we all know by now how debilitating it is for me when I can't even get a little sleep. That is the next issue to tackle - what can we do to reduce the flashbacks and nightmares, gain a better control over my nightime fears, and get some regular, quality sleep. I know this one has been put in the 'too hard basket' for a while now but it is the main source of so many of my 'issues' and without that improving, there will be no chance of improvements in other areas.
