Hello to you both. Another scorcher day here for us f & h. I went for a short drive late last night, when it was cooler, and there was lightning & thunder, but no rain. Cheesecake for breakfast? That sounds entirely plausible.

Beach sounds good Zoe; I only ever go when it's not too hot, and usually only to walk on, not swimming. I'm quite a distance from beaches here, so I rarely think about them.

@Faith-and-Hope I can't move now! Every single part of me is aching - I think even my eyelashes are screaming - why!!!!

It was worth it though - Toby was sooooo excited. He ran around, he played with other dogs, he got pats off alot of people and he played in the water. We didn't go far before my legs gave in and I had to sit on the beach for a while. I then had to sit in the care for nearly half an hour afterwards before I could drive. Toby didn't mind, he just layed down and went to sleep (I wanted to do the same )

I haven't washed him - or myself lol - too exhausted. Don't even think I can move off the couch - unless it is to the floor lol

I know he is going to sleep well tonight - hope I am with him
