I am sorry - you really do sound ill - and right before Christmas too - alas - you do not need this

You do sound as if you need sleep - some good sleep - I wish I could send some - alas my magic wand broke from over-use a long time ago - but I so hope you get some sleep soon

I have my plate full right now and these are times when I keep to myself but I must be feeling a bit more in control because I am here today - thinking of you and hoping you feel better and get some sleep

I know if you are in Melbourne right now it is a lovely day - we had some bad storms a couple of weeks back - but quite the opposite today - let's hope it lasts

I hope lunch at lunchtime with the visiting baby dragons is a pleasant time for all - from the look of the time on my computer right now you are just about ready to head out - all the best

Well ..... it looks like our lunch and afternoon movie plans have gone haywire ..... 😔

Rescripting happening with too many writers .... grrrr ....

S2 didn’t sleep last night .... needed to skip family lunch to sleep enough to make the movie ..... right  ?

Guess again ......

Mr f&h has instructed him to stay awake for lunch and the movie (not happening ..... chance to sleep now reduced .... ) while he dashes off to the gym “for 15mins” .....

S2 couldnt stay awake now if he tried.  He won’t go to sleep in the car (1/2 hour while mr. is in the gym plus 1/2 hr drive to The Coffee Place would give him at least an hour) and his response to being pressured like this is to shut down.  Then he won’t wake to go for lunch, pushing that into running us late for the movie ..... where he will likely fall asleep if we can get him there .....

Sitting here watching this implode.

Can I do anything ?  Nope ..... will just cause a nuclear fall-out .....

Is this anything new ?  Nope .... quasi-usual roller coaster .....

So what am I doing ?  A jigsaw puzzle .....

Some sort of lunch will happen.  Some of us will get to the movies.  

C’est la vie ....

It sounds as if S2 has baby-dragon-itis - 

Let's hope the whole day doesn't implode around you and that some of you make the movie - what about lunch? Let's hope you get some at least

Ahhhhhhhhhhh - how indeed does one organise a Christmas lunch as a family with so many baby dragons?
