That would annoy me too @greenpea - and Toby would not be at all happy lol There must be council rules in your area that can stop the noise at all hours. The cleaner probablky had ear muffs on and didn't hear the other neighbour shouting at him anyway!

infection slowly going @Zoe7 , mr shaz was anxious and worried and flustered before , bit more relaxed now and talking to D1 on the phone

and D1 has sent photos of our grand fur baby
