I think everyone who knows you here knows to be very gentle with you @Zoe7 ...... and I will do my best to keep that going.

I have had that happen a lot too @Bubbles3 - sometimes I can't eat at all because my jaw aches so much - for me it is part of my ongoing physical issues.
I haven't really slept - so wish I could but I am going to head out shortly to the beach and see how I go.
I'll be back later today. I will take my phone but forgot to plug it in so not much charge left

Just another reason why I love you so much Hon
I will take it very slowly. I'm not even thinking about walking - just getting there and letting little Toblerone play.......
Logging off now @Faith-and-Hope ....
Zoe out.....

Have you been to a specialist about your jaw @Bubbles3 ? That can be a hypermobility issue and perhaps a physio can give you some exercises to improve it.
Meantime, maybe stick to smoothies and creamy soups, that sort of thing ..... but you need good nutrition to help you to recover.

It sounds like hypermobility of the jaw ligaments belongs under this umbrella term @Bubbles3 .... so sorry to hear you struggle with it. As sucky as it is, soft foods are necessary to keep your nutrition up. It’s vital for your body to be able to repair itself and cope better with stress.
