@Zoe7 honestly someone elses problems might be a good distraction from my own issues tonight not to say anyones problems are eaiser than mine or anything like that just that maybe focusing on someone else will bring me out of my own head a bit if any of that makes sense. but you dont have to talk to me if you would prefer to talk to someone else. I am ok with whatever just let me know

@Former-Member I've been 'talking' to NikNik over the last few hours. Staying connected here is one of the things on my safety plan that is achievable at the moment. It's not SAD @Former-Member it's the PTSD that is destroying me atm.

Yes, the ptsd/trauma is the thing that crushes my soul as well. it sucks the life out, the will and the determination. But you have beaten it every day successfully so far. And i do believe you can coninue to beat it. hugs

@Former-Member I am reaching the point where 'they' win because I can't get past it. 'They' have taken away any self-belief I may have had and now are taking away my will. Anyone who says that I am letting this happen does not even remotely get how painful it is to relive the trauma(s) over and over without any relief - and to know that any 'therapy' that may help is not possible while I am so sick - I am in a no-win situation.
