Nope @utopia - but I reckon everybody could do with one. A bit of crisis prevention and self care. Very sensible idea. Haven't done sudoku for ages. My mother was a cross word lover. She thought it would keep her brain cells firing along.

The idea of a comforting box is a good idea - and to make it as pretty as possible

I was sorting out some drawers last week and I found some models of dinasaur skeletons I have had for ages - putting some of them aside would be a good idea - I had forgotten I had them - 

And Sudoku puzzles - they are my go-to after playing games in my phone - I was stuck for about a week on the same puzzle - often getting to the last point and missing that one - ah - we all need our little easy tricks that can keep us amused while the world is flying past

btw - I am so glad you had a good sleep without any medication for that - and then - actually waking up to enjoy having such a great sleep - that can be great - that IS great

Sorry guys. I wrote replies for the previous 2 days and then my ph signal kept cutting out. I tried so many times. Signal in this unit is bad.
Wont say much tonight - am tired - but things going well.
Get another blood test and ecg done on Friday. I that will determine if medication related or pacemaker needed.
I hope you have all had a peaceful or fun day.
