@Former-Member. Our family Christmas lunch today went okay @Former-Member. I stopped worrying about it 2 days ago (don't know how). So it went okay today. I could handle it.
Just got home and going to have a snooze.
I hope you are able to block out some of those thoughts about family shite and drift into more calming thoughts.
I'll be around on the forum later tonight.

Its nearly midnight and Christmas is upon us. I'm ignoring it all.
It's my way of coping and taking an anti anxiety med.
I had to take some this afternoon, as I wasn't coping with the turmoil, hurt, anger etc etc inside of me.
It calmed me down so I could have a much needed nap.
