Sorry to read about the pain in your shoulder. My husband has issues with arthritis in his shoulder and his knees and back and its very painful for him. I hope you get relief from yours soon. I think it would be a good idea to seek another doctor as you suggested if you are having to push to obtain adequate x-rays and treatment for ailments from your present one. Yes, that in itself is stressful and that is all you need! Please let me know what the x-ray shows. Do you take anything for arthritis presently? Touch wood, I haven't experienced it yet.
I had a wonderful time with friends today. I was jovial and at my funniest and made them laugh so we had fun. As I could see my friend with cancer was worried about starting his chemo tomorrow and his wife was feeling the stress too. So I tried to lighten things up so hopefully it helped. His wife said her husband missed seeing us and he wants to see us more often, so that's what we will do. I am so hoping for a miracle for him.
Another surprising event happened today. My daughter had a serious fall out with her flatmate (long story) and has asked to move back home temporarily . She said she will try and find a small house to live on her own in the near future to rent and whilst home will save up to be able to afford it. I can't leave her stranded so she will move back tomorrow. We have told her she must be tidier and more respectful etc and she said she has changed and she will. So it is definitely one day at a time for me as I am not sure how it will turn out.
How was your day @Maggie? Sorry if you are repeating yourself answering that as I haven't read any of the posts here as I have little time at the moment. But always time for you. And I will get even busier this year as I will be becoming a board member where I work now and my responsibilities are going to get greater.
As a result my posts will have to be limited to you only and I will still actively welcome, support, share and advise (if asked) new comers on the site as I have always done. It is just time wise impossible for me to talk to all on here. I wish I could. But I will always make time for my sister as I value your friendship, honesty, care and forthrightness 😘
I did manage to sleep last night earlier and slept for 7 hrs which was good. So I hope to keep up the good sleep rountine as I feel much better for it. Any plans for tomorrow? I am out for the day again with another friend. We are having laughs then, you guessed it, playing bingo then going to a raffle after it. I will be exhausted - but should be fun.
