I made up a really yum breakfast this week ... sliced banana, lots Nutella and Salted Caramel icecream ... I think my skills are at @Lee82  lil Mr8!

Tonight's din - spinach in butter with fetta and olive and 2 lamb cutlets. 

Also YUM!

My son tried to set up vid call for mother's day with grandchild. Tek issues meant it was not great success, but he really tried his end and I love him for that.  I did get to hear the littler man squeal but the vid did not work.
