@Blackcloud have you tried out the headspace 1-on-1 clinician chats before? it's for people under 25 yrs tho, it's free and a lot of the clinicians have lived experiences. thought i'd just link it there just as a back up if you ever wanna chat to someone, absolutely no pressure to check it out.
the counsellor with autism lived experience sounds like they would've been amazing, hopefully someone more affordable becomes available.
good on you for keeping up with your self-care, nature walks sound lovely!! i miss going on walks, this weather just makes me wanna stay cosied in bed haha.

@rav3n @Oh yes I’m currently using that service (eheadspace), but thank you though I appreciate it. ❤️
haha, now I can finally go out for walks on a regular basis now that the hot weather is over and it’s nearly gonna be winter, which means, the UV index during the day is gonna remain low almost all day so I don’t need to worry about having to be outside for too long under a moderate to high UV index. ☁️

@rav3n I’d say autumn is probably my fav as of now? In the past few years I used to hate winter since at that time I was going through a skin condition called Topical Steroid Withdrawal, but glad that’s already over so I can finally like winter again!! (Maybe? Kinda?)
but before that winter def used to be my fav season hehe! ❄️
but yeah I really hate summer indeed.
What’s your fav season?

@Blackcloud hmm i would say spring but my hayfever gets triggered so badly so i might have to go with autumn as my fav as well. it's like a nice balance of warm and cool. skin conditions can be tough, hey!! so glad it's much better now. i've been dealing with a type of eczema the last few months and it was rough but now it's waaaaay better thank goodness.
ooo what was your fav things about winter? did you like going to the snow?

@rav3n well with winter i just pretty much like the gloomy and dark vibes from the skies, and probably the cold as well (to some extent). I'm lucky cause i dont get sick easily during winter, though the only time i would get sick easily to the point where it's only just a runny/stuffy nose is only when i cry (i'm serious). I guess what i like about the cold in general is that its easier for me to fall asleep quickly when its under that temperature, whereas with other seasons it usually takes me like like an hour or so to be able to fall asleep.
edit: oh, and i just got a 73% for my previous/first portfolio assessment! 🙂

@Blackcloud ooo that makes a lot of sense! sometimes i love the gloomy vibe too and other times, it makes me feel low. see, i wish i had a strong immune system like yours cos i ALWAYS get sick in winter 😅 oh yep, can relate to the stuffed/runny nose when crying.
omg i've been struggling to fall asleep too! didn't really realise that winter weather could help with that - i'm defs gonna pay more attention and see if it works for me too.
73% is SO GOOD!! well done 🎉
