Today I went to have a sauna at Lords and next week going to [edited by moderator] pottery classes. 

I was in there 1/2 hours. It was incredible. My body was shaking when I got out and doing it twice per week.  My face is still red. 😁

I bought my youngest son and electric toothbrush for a Christmas present today. Teeth paste. Lots of other things

Got over 4000wds of assignments to produce in next 2 weeks @PeppyPatti  pace of course very inconsistent. Trainer jaded now aa well as teaching like 5 classes all at difts stages. Not a good way to end course. Takes away from achievements and is de motivating.

Not studying next year. Hope getting inheritance and working on my health and fitness

I'v got half my degree in Psychotherapy done but it was 10 years ago. 

So I'm doing cuncelling but not to be a counsellor.
