Oh @Snowie I am so sorry for you Hon. It is awful when that happens so unexpectedly in such a public place. I am glad you had somewhere to go to calm down but it is still not a good feeling.
I did not know you were looking to move - that is a major life stressor in itself. I hope it all works out for you with the house and the bank.
I have had a (strong) word with the ladder and I think we have reached a mutually beneficial agreement - I promised not to step over the top of it and it has promised to stay upright 🤣🤣🤣

I'm glad your day was ok @StuF
@Zoe7 I am glad you and the ladder have come to an agreement. Hopefully it does not disagree with you again!
We are not moving. We are looking for another investment property. We would probably do this one up and then split the land, build another house and then sell it as two properties. Just have to wait to see how much we can get from the bank. We have done it before, currently doing another one so hopefully we will keep doing them.

I would love to be in a position to do that @Snowie I would work part time and spend the rest of the time doing up the property to sell. I hope it goes well for you and you get the okay from the bank. Keep me updated how it goes Hon.
Yes I think the ladder and I are on good terms again hahahaha

I like doing up houses @Zoe7
The one we saw today was really bad. I felt sorry for the kids that lived in there. No one should have to live like that but I know there are people that do.
Haha hon, sounds like Zoe 1 the ladder 0. Please be careful if you get on it again.
Better go pick up D from work. Luckily it is a quick drive.

Some hidden talents there @Snowie that I did not know you had - just another thing I love you for Hon 💕 I have just done the cutting in again and am going to roll the rest soon. It should only take about 20 minutes. I was hoping it would only take 2 coats but it might need a third - there are a couple of spots I had to patch but will wait until tomorrow to see if they are still visible. I am using a dark colour so they may still show through with only 2 coats.
I hope you have picked up D and can relax for the rest of the evening 💙

That's a big day @Shaz51 but great to hear your Mum has had the op and yes it will get better for her soon - just needs time. My Mum had a hip replacement a couple of years ago and had a fall a few days later - broke her femur bone so it was a long recovery. She is really good now but it took a while. Much love to you, your Mum and Mr Shaz 💚💚💚
@Faith-and-Hope Missing you Hon and hoping you are doing as okay as you can be. Love and hugs from me and the fur babies 🐶😺💕🌹😘
