@Former-Member Headache turned into a migraine but managed to sleep a little with the help of pain and anti nausea meds. Still not feeling good so more meds and a warm bed.

@Faith-and-Hope Glad that meeting is out of the way for you. Keep moving forward Hon - one step at a time 💕

@Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Snowie @Shaz51 @Eve7 Had a really bad night - stomach pain again along with the migraine. Feeling very tired and worn out but I slept most of the morning so caught up a bit. Have been outside in the fresh air and sun for a while - even managed to do a little gardening. It is not as cold today and the sun was nice. Need to do a little cleaning up and then I will have a shower before I settle back on the couch for the night.

I’m sorry you’ve been unwell in the holidays @Zoe7  and hope you are much better soon.

I shouldn’t complain but it’s cold 🥶 (17) wet and grey here in Qld today. I saw my pdoc this morning and think I told her too much about my moods lately as she wants to see me again next week.

I also saw my surgeon who was pleased with my ankle recovery but suggested I do more walking to get flexibility back in in the joint. I’ll walk when the sun reappears!

Sorry to hear you had a shocker of a night. Hope the migraine and stomach pain have cleared up.

Without the pain I feel like I just lay there sometimes and watch the clock all night.

good on you for getting outside. I have been swimming today and just on my way to get a long awaited haircut. My hair is disgraceful. I am not ageing well, my hair is completely grey.

Oh that made me giggle @Eve7 17 degrees would be a heatwave here at present lol We had a maximum of 7 a few days ago and 10 the last couple of days. Today is a bit better - might even have reached 14 👍😋

I think it is great your are sharing with your pdoc and even better she wants to see you again next week to stay on top of it all with you. That support does help.

Good news about your ankle too Hon. It has been such a shite time for you so despite you needing to get some more flexibility into your ankle it seems it is on the mend well.
