I hope you sleep as well as possible.

Yes I'll be able to work - it's the workplace negativity that drags me down.

My back pain is worst in the evening & during the night.

It's tolerable or sometimes no pain, during the day.

I am the opposite @Adge Mostly during the day at present but that is because of all the sitting. At home I can get more comfortable - and have meds - laying down helps a little too.

Arthritis & kidney pain (both) @Shaz51 Ouch, Hugs ((((Shaz)))).

I have early arthritis (add that to the long list) - I'm hoping that Denying that it's there (Denial) will make it go away.

So far, that hasn't worked....

Yes, our back pain does seem to have opposite effect (or cause) @Zoe7

Lying down (still) in one position, during the night - is what makes mine the worst.

Becomes unbearable.

Moving about & stretching for a long time (eg up to 1 hour) eases it - I certainly don't want to be doing that at 1.00am in the morning (when it hurts)....

I have had scans and they say i have artristis as well

it is hard when it swells and it affects the whole right leg xx
