@Faith-and-Hope Just walking on eggshells...

Had a spontaneous lunch invite yesterday, with lady becoming friend. She is 10 years younger than me and we both had paintings, Catholic and Asian spirituality pictures in our houses, and lots other stuff in common.

Went to jazz club alone this time.  Was polite with group at my table, but feeling awkward always alone.
