My sister's partner's sister is going into emergency surgery tomorrow. She is already saying her goodbyes so it is very stressful for everyone. They were initially not going to operate but now feel they have no option ...otherwise it is palliative care. She was diagnosed with bowel cancer several months ago and has continued to go downhill since despite treatment. Having trouble dealing with it so of course trying to block it out. Will most likely be absent for a bit so sending my love to you all 💖
