@Bunniekins , all the best getting your results!
Hi @Shaz51 .
How did everyone's day go? @TAB @MDT @Ant7
@WIP , Glad you took Levi for a walk! What sort of dog is he? Did you end up giving him a bath too? Step-by-step, day-by-day. I'm just winding up from work. Looking forward to hearing how your day went.
If anyone is interested in the neuroscience of mindfulness, here's a link to The Minfulness Experiment. Certainly food for thought about how we can change our brain.
Have a restful evening everybody!

How was your day @BPDSurvivor ?
Mine was very up & down. Pretty down late arvo till now......but that's to be expected.
Levi is a gorgeous Cavoodle. He's a short haired one, which is unusual. I didn't bathe him, I think I was being a bit ambitious with that thought. He's not smelly or anything, just probably due for a wash soon.
He entertained himself this morning with an empty milk carton for awhile.
I've been overthinking the sleep med the psych told me take.....it's the awful antipsychotic he had me on last year. The one I worked so hard to get off a few months ago. I just said yes to him y'day as I wasn't in any state to argue with him, even though I my notes I had suggestions of other meds my previous psychiatrist had me on (that worked well). So, I'm getting anxious leading up to bed time already.
I can already feel a bit 'different' (in a bad way) today & I know it's the antipsychotic.
im going to reduce the dose tonight & hopefully will still be able to sleep.
Thanks for Mindfulness link........will have to check it out at a later date. Too heavy a content for me atm.
Enjoy your evening! 😊

@TAB , yes, I understand what you mean for your day to be pleasant in an odd sort of way - it's just one of those chill days where nothing majorly exciting happens nor any major catastrophe. Days like these are good to have in between crazy days.
@WIP , thanks so much for the photo of your puppy! It's great to have a cavoodle! Such an excellent companion. As much as I love dogs, I wouldn't be able to devote the time it needs. Although you were a bit down this afternoon, as you said, it was expected. Take it easy and I hope your meds gets sorted soon. You are doing an amazing job just by hanging on and an even better job reaching out because this is different for you. It is against what you normally do. This makes the biggest difference.
As for me, my head is in a mess (in a good way). I just stopped to laugh at myself because I have sent off over 800 emails thinking it was Friday and it needed to be done before the weekend. I guess I am a day ahead. I hope the recipients of these emails don't think it's too strange that I have signed off with 'have a great weekend!' when it is only Thursday. Oh well! LOL
At least here I can say 'good night' rather than 'have a good weekend'.
@Former-Member , you are not shift tonight? @TAB , what time will you be sleeping? I'm just having a guess who the first person to post a 'good morning' on this thread will be.
Take care y'all! I'll message Friday morning to start my day.
Adios Amigos!
