Oh the mystery Popcorn birds were apparently English Sparrows @TAB

They're all over the country (in millions). The last picture she posted certainly looked like a Sparrow.

I grew up with Sparrows (NSW), yet Faith and Hope had not seen a Sparrow before...

That's why she called them Popcorn birds, which sounds far more interesting than Sparrow...

Oh dear @ jacques mostly military stuff. A 155mm self propelled howitzer, a T34 tank, a US halftrack with quad .50 caliber mount, a Focke Wulf TA 152, a Tiger tank, a Spitfire fighter, also a Wildcat a Me 109, a Typhoon, well , lots to name a few. Also Mauratania re ships .. I was always envious of people that did bombers co they were bigger and cost more. All 1/72 or 1/76 well re cost. As a teenager. And more than paid for it all went went into Army for 3 yrs re militaristic delusions lol ..
